About this job
The Sales Executive runs identification, development, and closing of new sales and partner relationships in Portland for Bridgeliner, our digital publication and community. You will work to build an extensive network across Portland, both in person and through digital research and outreach methods. Working closely with our local team, you’ll develop the local strategy for how we find new customers and partners to support our work. Along the way, you'll be a thought partner in designing a new model for the business of local news and information.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and relationships in a community, and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, working with our local, marketing, and creative teams. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
